Every last Thursday of the month, Patron-Cuisinier Bart Ausems dives into the bistro kitchen to introduce the bistro guests to the cuisine of the adjoining restaurant Tout à Fait*.
January 31st is one such Thursday on which the chef will prepare a delicious 5-course “Star Menu”.
CANADIAN LOBSTER | salad smoked eel | sabayon of champagne
HEILBOT | unripe mango | artichokes | butter gravy
IBERICO WANG | topinambour | duck liver| raisins in balsamic vinegar
VEAL | sweet potato | mushrooms | gravy of red wine and clove
BLOOD ORANGE | tartlet | Valrhona chocolate | sorbet of blood orange
This five-course dinner is available for € 45 per person.
